I ordered 2 sets of these corner rods. What I received were not corner rods, just two sets of curtain rods. One set included finials, the other did not. I had hired a handyman to install them, which he did while I was at work. When I came home I saw these on the wall. The set without finials looks like absolute trash. I contacted Wayfair to let them know what happened and asked for either a set of finials that would fit the rods, or a refund. I spoke with a Wayfair representative on the phone and sent him photos, but never heard back. Since then I have followed up with Wayfair numerous times and have received no response. I have been a long time customer, but this was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service! Do not buy!!
