Note Flossie (Ensemble de 2)

I love them, but one came unattached to the acrylic base! I went through many tries to return it, to no avail. I kept filling out the forms sent me, and they kept sending me to a virtual assistant that couldn’t help me!!! It is very frustrating! Originally l thought one could be returned and get a replacement, but now all I want to do is send the whole thing back!!!!!!! I have been trying to attach pictures which it finally allowed me , but there was a glitch in the system!! It is very frustrating and I am wasting an enormous amount of time!!!
