Okay, so I picked this one out and honestly, this insert is a game-changer. Right out of the package, the first thing that hits you is how wonderfully plump this thing is. It’s seriously stuffed, offering solid, comfortable support. It instantly elevates the cushion to that perfect, substantial, luxurious throw pillow status—it doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap at all.
Even after heavy lounging, it fluffs up nicely with a quick chop or pat. It really holds its shape, which is essential when you're using it every day. The waterproof feature seems solid, too, which is mandatory for unpredictable weather.
Now, for my one real gripe, and it's a structural one: I love that the outer casing zips open so you can properly clean and sanitize it, especially since it’s an outdoor item. BUT, when you unzip it, all of the polyester filling is loose—it's just a huge pile of uncontained stuffing. I truly wish the filling inside was contained in a simple, breathable fabric liner (like a inner sleeve). It would make removing the outer cover and washing it infinitely cleaner and easier than dealing with a literal loose filling blizzard every time.
Overall, it's a fantastic, high-quality, and plump insert that I absolutely recommend for the comfort and waterproofing. Just be ready for a small stuffing cloud if you ever need to unzip that casing!
