First of all I want to say that the product is better than any similar piece I have ever seen in retail shops. Secondly I would just like to thank wayfair for the wonderful way a mistake in the delivery was handled. I had typed an error in the delivery address and as a result the courier dropped the parcel off at the wrong address. Although they retrieved the parcel and it was delivered to me, in the interim wayfair staff said not to worry. If it was lost, another would be shipped out. I have sung the praises of wayfair since. Thank you

My mother loved it. I am saddened by your decision to pull your advertising from the Laura Ingram show. I would like to have continued to do business with your company. However, under the current circumstances, I will not.

Quite the conversation piece. The first one arrived cracked and was promptly replaced! The hanging molten part is quite this so be very careful when moving/handling.
