Preshipping damage and visible placement of hardware. Site only offers poor options for resolution. Would love for vendor to respond personally for fair resolution. Very long wait fir a defective albeit beautiful item.

Like others have said mine arrived damaged. It was packed well so the damage occurred at the factory. I removed the clunky metal skeleton and added two small rings to hang it. After some touch up it looks great up.

This looks way more high end than what you actually pay. It adds an elegant aspect to the room.

It’s a stunning piece, I only wish it had been packed more carefully as it was chipped. We had to retouch with paint where the finish was chipped away. Also the metal support was not completely concealed by the wood. We had to hacksaw part of it away.
