Coussin Welcome Welcome

I love the pillow......but It was a birthday gift.......a very late gift. I ordered it on 10/10/19. I finally got an email saying it was shipped on 10/16/19. The email said it would arrive on 10/18/19. It was delivered on 10/24/19. In addition to it taking so long, it was shipped in a bag type shipping envelope which had a few tears in it from it’s Journey. You could touch the white pillow through the tears. It was basically a pillow shoved in a shipping bag with no protection.... It is a beautiful pillow but I’m definitely not impressed with how long it took and the shipping of it. I probably won’t consider Wayfair again for online shopping.
