I am not a happy camper! I am returning this product. The photo with the frames on it is the representation of the product on the website. Upon opening the box in my well-lit bathroom, where I plan to install it, I found that the background was slightly cream colored, while the stripes appeared pearly-ish white. Upon contacting the manufacturer, they insisted it was the correct wallpaper and asked me to unroll it and take a photo in front of a window. I did as they asked, though that is not where I want to install it, so I don't know what that accomplisehd. The results in front of the window were different, but still not the same as the photo on the site. The wide stripes appear to be dark cream colored, while the smaller stripes are the lighter color and basically disappear. This is completely opposite of the photo on the site, which still remains a moot point because it doesn't look like this in my bathroom. in my communication with the manufacturer, there was no apology, no offer to wxchange for a different product...just their request that I jump through their hoops to prove that they were right and that I was wrong, followed by the comment that they've sold THOUSANDS of these rolls with no issues. They suggested I file a BUYERS REMORSE RETURN. What?! I gave them 2 stars because the quality of the product is actually quite nice, though their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired.
