It is the size and weight of a scarf not a throw blanket

This is NOT a throw and it’s certainly not plaid. Its a cheap thin scarf. Measurements include the fringe and it isnt worth the money. To return to WAYFAIR its over 25 to ship an envelope i could send it in regular mail for less than 5 but its not an option. 2nd purchase from Wayfair where cost of returning is more than the value of the item. Will have to seriously consider future Wayfair purchases. Love how there is no customer service contact info
