I purchased two 18 inch Floral Design toss pillows. They are not completed pillows. They are a zippered pillowcase and a pillow form that must be stuffed inside the pillowcase. The pillow form is too flat and does not give the pillow a satisfying designer look worthy of the money that I paid for the product. One pillow looks best when it has the pillow forms from TWO pillows stuffed into it. I have contacted Design Art and asked them to send me or sell me two additional pillow forms to remedy this situation. Considering the money that I already paid for this product, I should not be encountering this additional trouble and expense. Post Script: Design Art did send me two additional pillow forms through Wayfair at no additional charge. That solved the problem.
