I was surprised that the walking stick came with a disclaimer that it was not To be used for weight bearing.... I don’t remember if that was in the description, but why else would someone buy a walking stick but to assist with walking, aka, weight bearing?

This is definitely not to be used in place of a cane, there is a disclaimer in description. Beautiful to look at but quite heavy

I need a cane to walk and this one says not to be used for a cane. I haven't had a single problem putting my weight on the cane. I use it every day

Just for looks not really usable which is a shame.

A beautifully created piece of art! The height of the stick is perfect! I bought it for my husband as a gift . My only concern is that it says “not for orthopedic use. “ I am not sure if it is safe to use . He uses a cane for walking now, although he can walk with out it. He is not completely dependent . I feel under those circumstances, it is probably safe to use. It is something to consider before purchasing, however.
