I bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandson's room. I will not be the person applying this decal.I assume that the letters to read "KAI'S ROOM" are peeled off the sheet that came with the "bear", and once he is "transferred", are centred and just stuck directly onto the wall. I will be notifying you if there is a problem with the transfer or peeling off the letters. He is adorable and expensive. I hope this works out. The cylinder it arrived in was crushed at both ends, but the "bear" seems intact.
