Way too small than actual photo shown highly disappointed

Way smaller than I thought.....BUT it ended up looking beautiful on my coffee table with miniature hand made roses from Indonesia.

I'm really loving the color of my vase!!!! I love how the color matches the color of my shower curtain that I ordered from here. So I used the small vase for my bathroom decor by putting round clear marbles at the bottom with beautiful flowers in it.

My mother picked this vase out as a birthday gift from me for her kitchen and to specifically complement her kitchen's red accessories. The items (a quantity of three total) arrived and were extremely well packaged. She had to get a knife out to cut through all the cushioning surrounding each vase. Unfortunately, when she set the vases up next to her other accessories, the vase color appeared more purple than red. I know she wouldn't have chosen them if she'd had a more accurate description of the color, rather than "red". She is too polite to return the gifts I bought her and said she'll use them anyway. Would be nice if you updated the color to reflect a more eggplant sort of hue than a true red. See photo.
