This item came broken around Christmas time and I not only sent a photo, but I also returned the broken product. I was contacted online and the person said they were sending a replacement which they never did. I reported it and another individual contacted me and I explained to them what happened and I was supposed to get a replacement and still haven't !

Nice candles, but they were Christmas gifts and it took 45 minutes to take the sticker off on the back which should have never been placed there in the first place. I had to soak the candles in warm soapy water for the sticker to be removed. Other than that, they are nice scented candles.
