I waited six weeks for this item. It came in a flimsy box and I am surprised it was not damaged in transit. The clock for the picture came in a little plastic bag that had come open during shipping or was never secured well. I found pieces for the clock inside the box but there was no instruction sheet included. There were clearly pieces missing. I contacted customer service and they offered to ship me an instruction sheet which could take five days. I decided I was not going to wait and deal with the hassle of getting the clock pieces replaced. I contacted Wayfair and asked for a refund which they gave me. But they also said just keep the picture and clock. Sounds like they did not want to deal with the product further which tells me they have had other issues with the product or vendor. BEWARE!!
