Beautiful clock…arrived well pack with protective cover over the hands….no problems hanging it with included hanging kit packet. However, one day into working beautifully and looking beautiful, both hands came loose and fell down to the 6 o’clock position… My husband pressed the hands back on the spindle twice…since then, it seems to be keeping good time…happy with the purchase, would be 5 stars if we didn’t have the issue with the clock hands.
