Terrible! Clock was nice, however the arms did not work, had a maintenance man come to hang it and the mechanisms are so cheap that he could not get them to work, he tried for over an hour, need to return this, shall shop at a different company all together this is the second clock I have bought from Wayfair, the first one only lasted 2 years and the minute and hour hands we're both very cheap and quit after 2 years do not recommend clocks from Wayfair at all !!! Very disappointed, also very discouraged, it is so much work to try and return something to Wayfair, there is no paperwork that comes with your purchase so that you can refer to or try and even return it. Would really appreciate a representative from Wayfair to contact me, Judi Smith @ 248-890-6183 look forward to hearing from you, so difficult to retape a box and have it sent back to you at my expense, plus heavy, since no paperwork included for a refund, shall continue to slander Wayfair until I receive a response from you! So,so disappointed ! A wedding a phone call or response from you, or at least a refund for this purchase, very very disappointed !
