There is a rectangular impression on the face of the clock that cannot be removed. I’ve tried calling and emailing the company and cannot get an answer. It could not be hung level because the hanging device was put on cockeyed. Not realizing this we put multiple holes in the wall trying to hang it. Would not recommend ordering from this company.
