Clock didn't work so I followed the video instructions on website. Video instructions were incorrect - showed rocking top off (top was a screw on), instructions said to put small arm until snap heard then large arm (no snap mechanism heard, arms just attached to main stem). Clock still wouldn't work. I took out the battery sent with the clock & inserted a new battery of my own. IT WORKED! Don't send dead batteries with your clocks!
