The second clock that was sent was perfect and I am very happy. The first was missing the hands and the battery pack. Wayfair was very quick to resolve the issue.

Product was nearly as excepted. The hanging frame on the back was attached crooked making hanging straight more of a challenge

Absolutely Beautiful!!! The numbers didn't come with it and I have to check on that; however, whether it comes with numbers or not this clock is Absolutely Beautiful and worth keeping!!!
