The quality of these drapes were not what I was expecting. Unfortunately will be returning. Upon completing the return process I discovered that they wanted to give me 20% to apply to a future purchase (this total purchase was just under $150), or I can pay return shipping, which I opted for, and discovered they are going to charge me nearly $30 for return shipping. Customer service at its worst. I will not purchase from this company anymore given this circumstance.
