My clock doesn't work need refunds

Beautiful product!. A little detail though in the installation part...the small, pretty small piece that attaches the guides for the clock, was not properly packaged.....so it was so tiny I could have lost it in the box....without it it would have been unsefull..... Moreover the replacement ( spare one) for this piece, the manufacturer indicates it is the bag with the screws DID NOT COME WITH. It is worth mention it to the manufacturer. You could loose sales or avoid after sales problems. A part form that it looks wonderful !!!! Thank you !
