Wayfair provided very poor customer service. I ordered one canvas. They sent one to my neighbor down the street with my name on it. They sent another one to my current address. They charged my credit card twice. I was on hold for 1 hour and 23 minutes before I could talk to a customer service representative. She hung up on me. I now have to pay $16.00 to send this item back that I didn't order.
