Exceeded expectations. I thought it was on the slightly expensive side but it has a very luxurious feel and the right amount of plushness (is that a word). The cover is very nice - I love this!

I love this pillow. You can shape it a bit but it never looks slouchy, the metallic sheen is not overwhelming, it's comfortable to rest your head on. I've had it for a few years now and it still looks great.
