Extraordinarily disappointed in this product. Box arrived with multiple levels on packaging tape and a slightly bulging end, suggesting a poor packing job. Opened the box to see a small dent in the brushed finish surrounding the oval mirror. The lubrication of the swivel arms is very poor (even with an injection of WD-40), making it a two-handed job to adjust to the right viewing angle. Finally, the two bracket screws are too long to permit a snug fit of thumb nuts with the bracket cover against the wall. Further, the return period ended before i finished a bathroom painting job, leaving me "holding the bag." It's completely useless. Wayfair, please take this back!
