The quality of this product was not what I was hoping for given the price - a contributing factor to it being damaged. The frame is made of something like plastic over particleboard (?), so I can see how it would easily be dinged and cracked in transit. I give it 2 stars only because customer service was excellent in quickly sending a replacement.

Beautiful and brightens up my dining room perfectly! I thought the frame was gold but it is a palewhite washed wood that looks even better than the image. I love it!
