My nephew loves this. He's learning a lot. Great quality item!

Would not recommend. The pen stopped working after the first use. We have contacted customer service twice with no response. I've tried getting a replacement pen and can't find one anywhere. It was a birthday gift and waste of a lot of money. We won't be purchasing anymore Geosafari products again.

The sensor ball or whatever in the pen is gone one day because it's flimsy, and now I can't find a replacement and the otherwise great and very expensive globe is now rendered useless.

Loved the globe at first, then one morning the pen just quit working. I looked and the sensor ball in pen fell inside. I can't fix it or find a replacement. It's also really quiet.

I had bought this product to have my curious children learn and enjoy their exploration journey. Heartbreaking experience as stylus is not working and kids gave up trying it multiple times. Reported to company but no response
