Buyer beware. I ordered 2 pairs of this swag in "Cream" and received a very dark fabric in a package with a tag clearly describing it as "Heirloom Oat" (the Wayfair page called it "Oak"). I have 2 pairs of these in Cream in my kitchen that had the same packaging, and wanted 2 more for another room. These are NOT Cream, but because the web site has the product numbers reversed, this is what I ordered. After speaking to Vivian in Customer Service, I was told that since the number on the tag is what they say is "Cream" on web site, I got what I ordered. I did not. Their inventory number is clearly for "Oat/Oak", not Cream. Pictured is a package is what I got as well as a close up of the package's tag, showing the color - "Oat", not "Cream" that I ordered. Fine, I'll just return them. She very kindly told me that there would be a $15.00 return charge deducted from my refund. A $15.00 charge for something that is not my fault. No thank you, I will keep these ugly things and give them to Good Will and share this cautionary tale to anyone who will listen. No more Wayfair for me.
