Okay. I'm not bashing Wayfair. It's not their fault this product caused me so much frustration. This item was advertised as one order of 10 blankets. What a deal! However, when the item was delivered, it was one order of one blanket. Naturally, I contacted Wayfair and at first was advised to wait 7 more days to see if the remaining 9 blankets arrived. After 10 days and no additional blankets, I contacted Wayfair again. This time, I was told that it looked like there was an error in the description and that they would consult with the manufacturer. Next, I got a message from the manufacturer stating that they could not correct the problem and to not worry about returning the item. I got another message from Wayfair with about the same response saying that they would try to get me a replacement. I emailed back that I was disappointed and wanted a refund. Evidently, that message was ignored and today, I received another blanket. So, now I have 2 blankets when I thought I was getting 10. Doesn't seem like an even exchange to me. The blanket itself is fine but I was supposed to receive 10 and only received one. I tried to reach out to Wayfair but I have not received an answer. Super disappointing.
