The product arrived as described. The rods are not the highest quality, but they do the job. Make sure you know exactly where you want the adhesive hooks to go, as they cannot be moved after placement.

Exactly as described. The adhesive back attaches easily to the flat window frame Update the adhesive back is failing after two days. Do not recommend using the adhesive backed brackets.
