This item arrived very well packaged. It is quite heavy, indicating that it is indeed solid wood. However, it didn't look like what was depicted on the website. It is an ashy color with no 'natural brown tone highlighting the grains and tone of the wood,' and the shape is different as well. Very disappointed.
