The pillows alone would have earned 5 stars. Wayfair customer service would earn 5 stars. Unfortunately, the company and the shipping of this product was problematic at best. I ordered a set of two. I first received a single pillow. I called customer service and they asked that I return the single and the set would be sent. The replacement shipment came and it was a single again. I called customer service and they asked if I could return the two single pillows and the next replacement would be a set. I received the third shipment and again, it was a single. Quite frustrating. I spoke to customer service one more time and they were able to make it work for me. Very grateful.

Very mixed feelings with this accent pillow. I ordered the set of 2, down filled. Only received one. Went back and forth and still have not received the second pillow. I’d be cautious and just order them individually if you want the set. Other than that, really great size, and nicely filled insert. I don’t usually go for down because I’ve had issues with messy feathers everywhere. It’s been 2 weeks of regular use and not one single feather! Love the neutral colors too. I don’t usually go agree with others that the front material is very itchy. I can get over that though due to it being very aesthetically pleasing. The back of the pillow is just a very thin cotton. Wish it was matching! Every bit of dog hair and other things attach very easily. Nice pillow just a bit of a headache

It is the perfect size for an accent pillow on a couch or a bed. I gave this only 4 starts because the wool material on the front is a bit rough in texture, so it’s not a pillow I would choose to rest my bare skin against.
