Originally I thought this was really cute but received it in the mail to have both the words “kisses” and “love” completely fallen off and the framing was cracked. I thought no big deal, I was able to get a replacement without even having to ship back the other one! … but then the replacement came broken. Same exact issue. Then when I go to just completely return the item, they’re going to charge me almost 8 dollars to ship it back. I don’t know. Guess I’ll be keeping and gluing words on!
