Beautiful design, color and fabric soft to touch. Size as described

I returned them, they weren't what i thought.

Fabric was subpar. The side seams on each curtain panel, along with the hemming, had puckered stitching.

Read these drapes are beautiful and just what I wanted. But You sent me the wrong product even after I called to make sure that you understood what I wanted when I ordered it on the phone. I ordered pinch pleated drapes. When I got the confirmation of my order and payment, it did not indicate whether the drapes I purchased were pinched pleat, or some other style. So I called back and spoke to one of your representatives who told me that she also did not see any indication what type header the drapes I ordered. You advertised that the drapes came in several different header types - Rod or pinch pleat, hanging etc. I received the drapes today. There is not one pleat on these drapes. The header, or the top of the drapes, is completely flat and there’s no place in which to insert a pin to hang a pinch pleated drape. See photo. Am I expected to make my own pleats? I’m extremely disappointed as well as angry because I even took the time to call you people to make sure I would get the right product. Now I’m have to return them Which is a big inconvenience to me. Why would I recommend Wayfair to someone when you can’t even get a simple order right?

I like the pattern in the drapes, but they are somewhat confusing on how to hang if you want them to be pinch pleat.
