Just what I needed for our new sun room!

The initials were wrong. My daughters name is Madison Jill Bailey. I completed the form correctly I thought, the left, right, and middle initial. However when I opened the box, the J was in the middle instead of her last name B. What do I need to do Send it back, I would like it be corrected as it was a Christmas gift.

I thought it was nice except there was option for different colors and i thought the center letter should have been a capital letter
