Verre bleu moderne et beige, vue aérienne V - Coastal Beach

This is a lovely piece, but a couple of warnings 1) this says “acrylic glass,” but this is NOT glass. It is strictly acrylic. I don’t think that’s a bad thing because it’s easier to hang, lighter weight, less likely to shatter if it falls, etc. but just note that it’s not glass. 2) the art is a piece of acrylic with the print across the back in a sheet that faces forward. When I was going to dry fit the picture to figure out where it would go, I had some electrical outlets rubbing up against it - and they rubbed the artwork off! It put a big scratch in the painting. So be mindful of that. It looks fine and I’m the only one who knows it’s there because it’s in the white part and the wall behind it is white, but it is a large scratch. In a similar vein, be careful that when you peel the front protective cover off, you don’t get confused and think there’s a back protective cover too - that’s the art itself and if you peel it off, you’ll destroy the artwork! 3) when you hang the piece, the metal cylinders that stick out from the wall may rotate in a way that doesn’t look like the piece will fit and it’ll be leveleven. Or that you measured incorrectly. If you’re struggling just be sure you rotate the cylinder to make sure that’s not the issue. I thought I measured poorly but after I rotated the cylinders everything fit perfectly. Overall it’s a nice piece and a good value for the money. I would absolutely buy again. I just wish I had known these things before I got started.
