Super upset with this product. I ordered this as a gift. The first one I received was broken, the frame was broken one all four sides. I asked for a replacement. When it came, I gave it to my friend without opening the box. How embarrassing, the second one is broken also. She gracious said not to worry about it, she would get it reframed. This would have been a perfect gift unfortunately is was a huge disappointment.
