I tried several bed/tv pillows but they were too small. I tried filling the rest with stuffing, however it did not hold a good shape.

Back is very high, actually too high for me, and the pillow is not wide enough for an adult. I decided not to stuff it all the way & fold the top down. The front is very soft.
