This feels pretty cheaply made. We had to duct tape the battery panel in the back because it arrived loose. Has a ticking sound even though the product is described as silent.

Face of the clock is nice and well made. Arms of the clock are flimsy not the best quality.

We returned this clock because the wood seemed darker on the website. Nothing was wrong with it. We simply would have preferred the darker color.

The clock was delivered damaged. The clock hands were wrapped so tightly that it broke the sides of the clock. Waiting for replacement to arrive. I really thought that the clock would be made from one solid piece of wood - not slates of wood.

Color is good, grayish/brownish outer ring, inner rug is a soft white.
