Three times I ordered this. Twice, I received the most horrendous set of bookmarks in its place. Clearly, the product code was wrong, but trying to get this across to the customer service team was a nightmare. On the third attempt, I received a refund prior to delivery. I spent hours of my time contacting customer service and returning the awful bookmarks. Finally, an agent who understook the issue took over. I received 10% off my next purchase but it had an expiry date. Disappointed.

Unfortunately I did not receive the Valet Stand. Wayfair sent a pair of ugly bookends instead which I promptly returned. I am still waiting for my refund. Each time I contact Wayfair I am given the run around. Where is my refund??? In fact another reviewer wrote that they also received bookends, not the Valet Stand. Why has Wayfair not fixed this?
