Received the wrong curtains. I ordered Abby-Gayle Natural Semi-sheer sliding panel pair. Order #3908133859. I received Arlo Blackout one grommet top panel, Regal Home Collections. RN#102031. Customer service asked me to take a photo of the curtains received and download to them. I don't know how to physically to that. I am 76 years old and do not know the process to do this. Is there any other option to forward this information to Wayfair? I have been very satisfied with my prior purchases from Wayfair. Please assist me with my last purchase.

The “natural” color is not what is pictured. The picture shows a tope color with white blossoms. The curtains that showed up are white with brown branches and grey flowers.
