It’s for decor not utility. No complainants. Why is it a 4 and not a 5? I don’t know because I never plugged it in, it’s just decoration. It would be a 5 of it was an amazing functioning piece in my house, but in the end it’s just decoration. And I’m very satisfied with said decor.

Love this antique replica that is a real “conversation” piece. I use it for decoration only, so have not verified that it actually works. I am pleased to achieve that vintage, old world look without having to buy an actual antique. Thank you, Wayfair for your beautiful decorating pieces at affordable prices.

Love it! It’s so pretty and adds elegance to the room.
