This is a nice-looking clock and keeps accurate time. However the first one we got chimed about two minutes early on the hour. The instructions say it self corrects I believe within an hour, but this one never did, after days. Did chat with Howard Miller and first was told to take to a service center. Really? A new clock and I have to haul it around town? I declined and was told to reset it, take batteries out, set time to 5:50, etc. Didn't help so we returned it, but bought another identical one, figuring we got a dud. Same problem with the second one and tried the same things to correct it but it didn't work. For the money I expect this very basic feature to be accurate. Returned it and bought something else. Too bad, it is a nice-looking clock.

It's not often I go "ooohhh" when I open a box.....but I did with this clock. Beautifully finished, pendulum has a bit more detail, sound is pleasant, love the volume choices. I would suggest a wall anchor if sheet rock only. Into a stud, no problem. It is on the heavier side. Didn't care what it needed to hang....it's that pretty!

I love the clock, and it would have looked beautiful on my wall. The only problem is that FedEx had mishandled my order, leaving large, gaping holes in the box. Once I remove the clock from the box, I discovered a broken piece of the clock. As much as I love this clock, I’m not going to take a chance of having FedEx ruin another one. Five stars for the customer service team at Perigold After sending photos of the damage, they offered to help in anyway they could. I decided on a refund which I had back in my account within 24 hours.

Have had the clock about two years, it's perfect. Keeps accurate time, looks very nice, easy to care for.

Does not work. I wanted to return, but Wayfair wants me to call company. I have called company and placed on hold. They said leave message. Tried leaving a message, but wasn't able to "the party you are trying to reach is unavailable"! UGH! i have good batteries in the clock. The Pendulum swings, but the clock will NOT keep and will NOT chime. I should have bought from a local store. I think I would have better customer service! I was finally about visit online with Howard Miller and was able to return. Wayfair refunded my money very, very quickly. Thank you Wayfair.
