The clock hands were off and missing the center screw. The hooks to hang the clock on has a default. The clock will NOT hang on it. It falls off!! It dies not keep good time. The clock is so beautiful though and it matches my decor perfectly. If I get replacement parts, I will be happy with it..... because it is beautiful!
