I purchased and received this item in a timely manner and in good condition. The issue is there is no place to store the extra cord if hard wired, and if plugged into a wall outlet as the cord comes, there is no channel for the cord to flow through so the mirror sits at an angle and not flush with the wall. It would be helpful if there was a recessed space inside the back of the frame for a hard wire and or a channel the cord can run through if you are plugging it into an outlet outside the mirror frame. Nice mirror and great idea, just not user friendly enough for a finished looking product

Quick delivery! Cool features like anti fog and illumination at a very good price. Installing with a recessed outlet behind is a must so that the mirror can lay flush with the wall.
