Terrible product. Ordered a set, both pieces were broken. Asked for a replacement, it again came broken.

NEGATIVE FIVE STARS!!! This "replacement" of the first one shipped that was broken came in completely destroyed. I have photos! The problem is in the packaging technique you guys are using, bundling the two bookends together rather than wrapping them separately. Both bookends are broken. One has both ankles broken, and the other is in four separate pieces -- shattered!! Please send a call tag and issue a full refund. I have no interest in a replacement.
