[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Indigo Road Egypt Sherrod throw: I received this product for free from Influenster in exchange for my review. This is a 50 x 60” throw blanket, made of 88% polyester and 12% linen. It is made in India. It is an oatmeal – beige color, without any pattern or design. On two sides, it has tassels, which I don’t like. On the two sides without tassels, it is folded over, and the hems are sewn closed. After washing it on a delicate cycle, and putting it in the dryer, it stayed the same size, without shrinking. It left a lot of lint in the lint trap of the dryer. The fold-line marks also remained, even after putting it in the dryer. It is a very loose weave textile, made with threads that are about 1 to 2 mm thick. I was able to insert my finger through the woven fabric, because it is so loose. The holes may be removed from the fabric, however, by stretching the cloth in opposite directions. Light can easily be seen through the fabric. The texture of the weave makes it a bit itchy and unpleasant against the skin, even though the material of the threads feels soft. The throw sheds on my clothing, so I have to use a lint roller to remove the lint and fine threads that it leaves behind. I don’t enjoy using this product. Overall, this is a cheaply made product that is of poor quality. I don’t recommend it.
