I ordered this same tray in black-and-white but they dont make it anymore so they sent me this colored one and finally I fell in love with it and decided to keep it. I have so much appreciation and respect for Robert who helped me with this. He tried his very best to get the artists to help him get the original tray that I ordered but they were not compliant. I have to give him so much credit though because he kept on it persistently. Hes a fantastic person and Perigold is very lucky to have Robert working for them. If I ever have any other problems again with Perigold I will only call Robert because I know he will help me
