Sent the wrong item twice. Customer service insisted it was correct despite different company name (not Joss Main) and wrong color (listed as brown). Was super excited for this item, really disappointed

More greenish blue than steel soft blue. Good luck getting the 3 huge white labels sewn into the seem off, with out damaging the pillow or leaving a white strip of the labels.
