You sent me a cracked mirror. And the only way to get service is from the manufacturer. The manufacturer has terrible service. I have to mail it back. Pay to mail it. And it will take 2-3 weeks. This is terrible service. So unlike Wayfair. No wonder your stock is tanking!!!

I was so excited for this mirror especially for the price paid. What sold me was the elegant and minimalist look. You can see where the tubes come together and it's very obvious. It makes the mirror look cheap and tacky but it is what it is.
