Very lightweight though not flimsy. Aged metal look, not shiny. Packed with a LOT of padding.

This tray is very nice and looks great on my leather ottoman. Not 5 stars because the bottom is not flat. I wanted it for people to set their drinks on. I still love the look so I will put something decorative in it and it will be perfect. Delivery was quick and wrapped up so well for protection.
